About St. Andrew

St. Andrew Anglican Church is TRADITIONAL

St. Andrew is a traditional Anglican Church. Our church is one of the Episcopal churches worldwide with 20 centuries of tradition. The Anglican faith has nearly 70 million members in 164 countries worldwide.

We are families and individuals gathered to worship God, Serve Jesus, and share fellowship. We have three main goals that govern us as a church:

1) To seek God through relevant, meaningful worship;
2) To grow spiritually as Christ shepherds us along the biblical pathway;
3) To grow the church, through community outreach, education, and spreading of the Gospel.
The power of the Holy Spirit has built this church. We need you, care about you, and want you of be a part of our church family.

St. Andrew Anglican Church is LITURGICAL

The 1928 BOOK OF COMMON PRAYER is the official liturgy of
Saint Andrew Church. We believe that the language used in this book expresses in a beautiful, clear, and precise manner all the essential ingredients of true worship. Join us for our services and you too will see the beauty and majesty of this wonderfully written prayer book.

St. Andrew Anglican Church is EVANGELCAL

The word "evangelical" means "of the Gospel". The Gospel of Jesus Christ is found in the Bible, God's Word written by inspired people. The Bible is the Book of the Church. Anglicans cherish the Scriptures. They are read in public worship. Our worship is Bible based.

St. Andrew Anglican Church is APOSTOLIC

Our Lord sent his Disciples into the world. They were called Aposteles or "sent men". The Apostles added ministers to their ranks to care for the growing church. These men became bishops. We believe in the Apostolic Succession of Bishops. We observe the three-fold Orders of Bishops, Priests, and Deacons, that has characterized the church since the time of Jesus Christ.

St. Andrew Anglican Church is USER FRIENDLY

We welcome all who would worship God in a church with 19 centuries of tradition, a church which values families and traditional Christian and family morality. Everyone is welcome, wanted, and appreciated. Please come, visit, help us grow.
